- You retain ownership of your User Content
- You grant Teksands a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, process, display, reproduce, and share for service operations
- You confirm you own or are authorized to share the content
- You confirm content does not violate law or third-party rights and is not misleading

- Job alerts and platform notifications
- Users may opt out of promotional communications, but transactional or legal notices may still be sent
- Unlawful use, malware uploads, or harmful code
- Unauthorized access attempts or interference with security
- Data scraping without authorization
- Identity misrepresentation, harassment, abuse, or impersonation
- Submitting false information or using bots/scripts to misuse services
Violations may result in suspension, termination, legal action, or reporting to authorities.
- Complete assessments independently
- Avoid unauthorized external assistance
- Refrain from cheating or impersonation
- Use only permitted tools and resources
- Avoid prohibited conduct such as prohibited AI use, content sharing, multiple accounts, browser manipulation, and unauthorized recording
- Teksands may invalidate results or restrict access for violations
- Users get a limited, revocable, non-transferable license for authorized use only
- Do not reverse engineer, copy, modify, distribute, resell, or create derivative works without written permission
- Teksands does not control or endorse third-party content or services
- Teksands is not responsible for third-party security, availability, privacy practices, or terms
- Users access third-party services at their own risk
- To provide Services and support recruitment workflows
- To comply with legal obligations and resolve disputes
- To enforce agreements and prevent fraud
- Deletion requests are handled subject to legal retention and ongoing obligations
- Access rights may cease immediately on termination
- Certain data may still be retained where legally required
- Applicable clauses survive termination
- To the extent permitted by law, Teksands disclaims express and implied warranties
- This includes merchantability, fitness, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, and reliability
- Uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed
- Includes incidental, special, consequential, and punitive damages

- No clause excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law
